Quick Actions

Our Recruitment Process

A structured, compliant, and ISO-focused pipeline engineered to deploy qualified candidates reliably and fast.

Our recruitment workflow is divided into seven phases. By coordinating directly with client management, sourcing networks, and embassy processing gates, we maintain quick turnaround times without compromising evaluation quality.

01

Understanding Requirements & Consultation

We collaborate with your HR and operational leads to draft precise job descriptions, determine certification prerequisites, examine salary structures, and establish mobilization deadlines. An SLA is formalised to confirm deliverables.

02

Talent Sourcing Campaigns

We activate our proprietary talent pool databases, initiate specialized campaigns across our network of regional offices (Asia, Europe, GCC), and run structured job ads to compile highly relevant candidate lists.

03

Screening, Technical Vetting & Evaluation

Candidates are prescreened via video reviews, technical interviews, and practical skills assessments. We verify educational degrees, employment references, and professional certifications to ensure absolute suitability.

04

Client Interviews & Practical Campaigns

We organize client interview sessions. For technical or bulk roles, we arrange custom physical testing facilities or coordinate virtual interviewing panels to let client representatives select final candidates directly.

05

Selection, Contracts & Pre-departure Checks

Selected candidates are offered formal employment terms. Upon acceptance, we coordinate certified medical examinations (GAMCA/equivalent), complete background verifications, and begin contract processing.

06

Visa Processing & Mobilization Logistics

Our administrative specialists handle embassy paperwork, visa endorsements, and migration clearances. Once travel permits are stamped, we arrange flight bookings and coordinate arrival dates with client HR managers.

07

Workforce Deployment & Site Integration

We manage candidate reception, coordinate transit to lodging facilities, assist with corporate orientations, and guide them through local banking, registration, and work permit card pickups.
